About the Job
We are always looking for the right people to join our Inside Sales team in our midtown, NYC office. This is the largest part of our sales force, and the position in which many of our long term employees started. Our reps are not order takers – far from it. They are smart individuals who take our training, apply their own drive and enthusiasm, and make our clients happy. It all starts at ePromos University, and with diligence and hard work, you’ll soon be making clients happy.

Responsibilities:
!--[ Working with our clients in an enthusiastic, assertive, caring, and helpful manner.

!--[ Handle our incoming leads from a variety of sources and build long lasting relationships with the client.

!--[ Assess and evaluate the client’s needs and provide great ideas so the promotion/product really works.

!--[ Continually determine the client’s current and future branding/promotional product needs so you can proactively get all of their potential business.

!--[ Make outbound calls to existing clients to uncover and suggest creative solutions and uses of product.

!--[ Recommend product, evaluate artwork, design imprint layout.

!--[ Send samples, prepare accurate quotes, and place orders precisely to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Take full responsibility for your client’s retention and growth.

Minimum Requirements: Proof of the below will be required:

!--[ Successful completion of a four-year college degree.

!--[ At least two solid, recent years of inbound and/or outbound telephone sales experience and the ability to discuss your sales accomplishments in numeric terms on interview.

!--[ A proven track record of assertive account management skills, holding accountability for your clients’ satisfaction and continually exploring unrecognized and future needs.

!--[ The ability to tell us about specific ways you’ve used CRM tools to effectively manage multiple accounts, expeditiously reporting your results in a professional and organized manner.

!--[ Solid written and verbal communication skills; our finished client-facing documents are always grammatically correct and error free. Our Sales team speaks clearly, concisely, and professionally.

!--[ An obvious ability to think on your feet. You can easily counter verbal arguments with sound logic.

!--[ A proven desire to face challenges head on and focus on the job at hand.

!--[ A verifiable track record of bringing enthusiasm, intelligence, a desire and ability to learn, and unceasing energy to your work.

!--[ Strong computer skills.

Desired Traits: While not required, these traits will enhance your candidacy beyond the minimum requirements:
  • Experience in the promotional products or related industries.
  • Education/experience in and/or knowledge of branding and marketing concepts .
