The Purchasing coordinator coordinates the purchase order process.
- Processes and monitors deliveries, and orders going to the classrooms
- Prepares journal entries, reports and reconciliations
- Performs physical inventory
- Helps with the accounts payable process
- Other duties as assigned or requested
- Faced paced, with significant people/students/chef interaction
- Daily use of computer, phone and other office equipment
- Lifting maximum of 50 pounds
- Basic data entry skills
- Excellent organization and phone skills
- High attention to detail
- High School diploma required. Associate's degree preferred
- 1-3 years related experience
