Sr. Program Manager – Internet Wagering/Player Services
Job Description
GTECH Corporation is searching for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to evolve our Internet Wagering Service (Player Direct) Player Services through requirements definition, analysis, functional specifications, development, quality assurance and product delivery. This is a highly visible role that requires both business acumen (for working with senior management) and analytical depth (for development and implementation of functional tools and systems). This role will be responsible for scoping complex projects and delivering simple, elegant solutions by conducting market research, collecting product and business requirements, driving the development schedule from design to release, making appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional teams. The incumbent will interact with a broad cross-section of GTECH organizations and third party service providers to clarify ambiguous issues and negotiate effective technical solutions between development and business teams. The incumbent will need to anticipate bottlenecks and escalate issues when required in order to ensure on-time delivery.
This role will be responsible for driving global product quality standards and programs. Product quality includes GTECH’s anti-fraud initiatives, claim investigations, debit / credit issues and more. While leading this global initiative, the incumbent will interact closely with cross-GTECH teams including legal, treasury management, investigations/operations, developers, account managers, analysts, feedback systems and reputation management, and more.
This role will be located in Providence, RI USA and will support both GTECH Player Direct and GTECH’s National Response Center.
