The Front End Web Developer will be a strong individual contributor as part of the Scrum development cycle. The candidate will work with designers and production staff to deliver the best user experience. The candidate also should know how to take a mock-up in PSD format and be able to convert it into JSP/HTML/CSS.Key Responsibilities:? Act as the UI/UE representative on product teams, providing subject matter expertise and guidance?
Create re-usable front end libraries that can be shared across projects? Be a strong proponent of web front end optimizations through sprites, CSS stylesheets, CDN usage, javascript libraries, etc? Be able to drive analytics and web metrics through Omniture or Google AnalyticsRequired Technical Skills and Experience:? Very Strong in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.?
Strong in using the various web site optimizing tools like Omniture, Google Analytics etc. is must? Understands the SEO techniques for making web sites search engine friendly.? Experience in Java/J2EE technologies.?
Experience with any Content Management System is a plus? Experience in web services will be plus? Experience in Spring framework is a plus.? Very strong communication skills?
Eager to learn new technologies and programming languagesAdditional Skills:? Experience using at least one source code management systems (CVS, Subversion, Perforce, etc.) ?
