CTCA's newest hospital is located in Newnan, Georgia which is located in the Metro Atlanta region. It is a 226,000-square-foot, all digital facility focused exclusively on treating cancer. It includes 50 beds, ICU rooms, surgical suites, state-of-the-art radiation and infusion therapy departments, outpatient clinic rehabilitation and physical therapy department and onsite residential accommodations for outpatients and their families. We are currently seeking dedicated Stakeholders to help us fulfill our Mission and provide the Mother Standard of CareĀ® to patients in the Southeast.


Assists pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of IV admixtures, with an emphasis on cancer chemotherapy agents. Assists pharmacists in the preparation and mixing of parenteral nutrition utilizing BAXA compounding technology. Maintains and stocks medications throughout the hospital, utilizing pharmacy systems including PYXIS and TALYST. Assists with drug and supply purchasing and inventory.


Procures and distributes medication orders per physician request, pharmacist request, or prearranged work assignment according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.Maintains adequate stock of medications and supplies according to established policies and procedures. Contributes to the effective operation of the pharmacy department

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current state pharmacy technician license
  • National pharmacy technician license
  • Strong background or interest in oncology pharmacy preferred
  • Familiar with pharmacy computer systems and other technology including Pyxis Profile and BAXA TPN Compounder
