The Product Team is responsible for the product throughout its lifecycle, and works closely with engineering, design and user support to deliver products that are changing the world!
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the company-wide strategic direction and translate that into concrete product objectives
Lead the establishment of a vision and build buy-in across the organization
Drive the full product development cycle in collaboration with Design, Engineering and User Support teams
Be a driving force in assembling the resources necessary to ship innovative products.
Bring a detailed eye for user experience and design to ensure features drive high adoption and customer delight
Define methods for quantifying success (or failure) and ensure that your team has a clear ability to understand and articulate its objectives.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field (MS is a plus)- Product management or product design experience with Internet products and technologies
Ability to plan and drive execution of go to market strategies and grow a product from concept to success
History of leading through fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments- Clear understanding of Twitter products and a passion for taking them to the next level
Understanding of how large-scale Internet sites work- Experience and interest in designing simple and functional user interfaces
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
