This position manages, coaches and leads a team of Enrollment Advisors. Under minimal supervision, the Enrollment Manager is responsible for coaching and developing Enrollment Advisors. This position ensures Enrollment Advisors provide information consistent with established regulatory and policy guidelines. This position also ensures student satisfaction through ongoing coaching and professional development and oversight of the student communication process.

1.Identifies opportunities to maximize service quality and effectiveness for students. This position also develops, implements, and monitors employee performance goals and objectives on a regular basis to ensure potential students are properly advised and served in conformity with applicable law, regulation and policy.
2.Develops the enrollment functions and activities to ensure quality student service levels. Is responsible for observing student and employee conversations while evaluating and coaching staff.
3.Collaborates with other personnel in the development and maintenance of community relations and business partners to increase campus awareness in accordance with campus goals and objectives. This includes developing and maintaining a positive relationship with the business and government communities.
4.Coaches and advises employees on course and program information, enrollment, degree program options, requirements and progress, and providing information on University policies and practices.
5.Communicates effectively with employees and students via telephone, email, and/or in person.
6.Evaluates, coaches and guides employees to assist them in meeting their own professional and personal goals, including timely delivery of performance reviews and real time feedback.
7.Shows proficiency in the knowledge of student guidance and program information to assist students in attaining their education goals.
8.Ensures that Enrollment Advisors perform their professional responsibilities in a manner consistent with regulations and company policies.
9.May participate in the talent acquisition process to assist in successful candidates and in the on boarding process.
10.Proactively identifies performance opportunities to coach and create an applicable development plan.
11.Develops and maintains positive relationships with various units of the business.
12.Guides Enrollment Advisors by demonstrating personal and professional integrity as outlined in the Apollo Code of Business Ethics.
13.Administers training activities to maximize service quality and the efficiency and productivity of the department.
14.Provides coaching and development to employees to maximize the effectiveness of educational outreach activities aiding in the enrollment of qualified students wishing to pursue their educational through a University program.
15.Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
A Bachelor's degree is required from a regionally accredited institution.
Three to four progressive years of experience in a service environment.
One to two years demonstrated experience mentoring or assisting in the professional development of others.
Must possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to accurately convey University information as described above.
Must have an excellent command of professional presentation skills and be comfortable presenting to groups both large and small.
Must be self-motivated and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Must have the ability to effectively communicate in written and oral formats to employees and students as well as convey a professional image to potential students and the corporate community.
Must possess a valid driver's license, as local travel is generally required.
Previous experience presenting information, research findings and/or recommendations to management.
