Mondelēz International is seeking a highly motivated, result driven, Senior Associate Brand Manager with a proven track record of success to join our team. A Senior Associate Brand Manager is a key contributor to the overall brand team and is primarily responsible for IMC planning and execution and project management of various brand initiatives.
This Senior Associate Brand Manager will report to the Brand Manager of Newtons. The Newtons brand is a large and growing, core focus brand for Mondelēz International that has seen double digit growth over the last two years.
The Senior Associate Brand Manager will be the main point person for our internal and external partners in the development of key brand initiatives including IMC planning and activation, media planning, new products, project management, and analytic support for the Newtons portfolio.
Lead in planning and execution of 2013 and 2014 IMC plans, including managing our external media partnership, developing and managing social media programming and managing execution of event sampling
Lead development and execution of all in store programming and trial generating activities.
Manage Newtons new product pipeline, from concepts to commercialization
Project management of key brand initiatives such as commercialization and optimization of graphics redesigns, and SKU optimization.
Budget management oversight across the portfolio
Collaborate with Sales to develop strategic customer partnerships and programs.
Maintain linkage with Innovation and Channel marketing partners to support various initiatives

- MBA with a minimum of 3+ years pre MBA work experience, preferably with consumer packaged goods experience.
- Successful candidates will possess broad business management understanding with emphasis in brand building, team leadership, analytics and consumer insights.
