Responds to user complaints to resolve problems associated with all information systems in place throughout the institution. Works closely with the internal support staff and vendors to ensure all systems are functioning properly. Moves, installs and configures new hardware and software based on user requests in compliance with HSIS standards and procedures. |
Bachelor's degree in a related field required. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
Additional Preferred Skills
2 years of experience supporting Windows XP and Windows 7 desktop/laptop PCs.
Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs.
Experience installing software on desktops and laptops.
Experience troubleshooting basic network, software and printing problems.
Customer service, oral and written skills a must.
Apple/MAC experience a plus.
