Purpose

The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for the promotion and sale of all CORD Financial products and services in the Central Florida territory. This position is responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution and will focus on new business development. Jobholder will strive to meet goals set by the General Manager of the Florida Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Become subject matter expert on CORD Financial products and services, specifically Placement/Processing
  • Understand the ATM marketplace including competitive offerings and market trends
  • Interact with prospects to understand their current and future ATM strategy and business requirements
  • Populate and analyze standard (ROI/Profitability) models based on customer needs
  • Track and report sales activity hourly in Salesforce
  • Responsible for all lead generation in territory including in person, telephone, e-mail and social media cold calls
  • Will be responsible for meeting quarterly sales revenue and profit sales goals
  • Ability to use current sales tools and offer suggestions on how to enhance these sales tools
  • Researches, identifies and/or qualifies targeted regional/individual account prospects in a specific geography
  • Makes contact with the appropriate management levels and decision makers within the potential client organization to propose and secure new regional/individual account agreements
  • Prepares and delivers sales presentations that address the prospective client’s needs and leads to the establishment of new regional/individual account agreements/contracts
  • Gathers, organizes, and analyzes information of targeted regional/individual accounts and competitive information associated with these accounts for use in potential proposals/agreements
  • Establishes and cultivates relationships with potential regional/individual accounts
  • Responds to prospective customer Requests for Information and Proposal (RFI/P) and negotiates pricing and other terms of new regional/individual account agreements with prospective clients to ensure maximum revenue and profit from new agreements to include terms and conditions that will minimize the companies risk
  • Fosters the corporate culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of company mission/values
  • Represent the company as a leader
  • Extensive regional travel (within 100 miles), attend quarterly Business Development meetings and weekly sales calls
  • Provide detailed sales plan each quarter. Provide weekly updates of sales plan to supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned
