Responsible for identifying, evaluating, analyzing, and recommending changes in support of the Electronic Medical Record, including ongoing production maintenance and troubleshooting. Supports the planning, design, development, build and/or configuration of supported applications / systems; participates in conversions, application / system testing and documentation of system procedures; participates and provides input in training design and development and assists in training execution related to assigned projects; provides go-live support, and serves as a contact for on-going production maintenance/support and troubleshooting. Supports the Team Leader or Project Manager for medium to large sized projects that are assigned by the Ambulatory Leadership.
EpicCare Ambulatory Certification preferred
- Bachelors Degree and/or Nursing Degree, BSN, MHA
Operational experience working in an ambulatory clinic setting
Knowledge of Ambulatory workflows in sub-specialty areas.
Know how to troubleshoot/problem solve all issues reported by end users in relation to EpicCare Ambulatory.
Know how to explain the changes and enhancements of EpicCare Ambulatory.
Know how to modify Epic to meet current Ambulatory workflows.
