We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Sales organization and work in our Edison, NJ location.

As part of US Finance Team, provide financial analysis to the Sales/Marketing. Assist Sales/Marketing in attaining business goals and KPI by providing financial analyses. Also provide accurate and timely financial reports to VP of Finance regarding the performance of the Practice.

Position Summary

Partner with the Sales:
Present monthly P&L results package to the each VP and Director of Sales as well as EVP

Sales Compensation Modeling

Develop weekly/monthly financial reports for the Sales and provide identification and analysis of financial issues on a weekly/monthly basis

Present financials to Sales/Marketing and EVP on a monthly basis

Lead special projects to standardize Financial Reporting across all Sales Units.

Provide training to Sales managers to ensure they understand FNA Financial Policy and Procedures.

Team with Sales and develop monthly P&L Forecasts.

Team with Sales to develop annual budgets and long term financial plans

Responsible for the accuracy of the financials relating to the monthly close

Responsible for the development of Sales JE's

Proactively develop and provide financial metrics. Also provide market research by providing Best-in-class metrics and comparisons.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales :
Lead/attend weekly calls with Sales and resolve financial issues which can impact business performance.

Present monthly financial results to sales/marketing; review P&L to ensure all financial issues are understood and addressed

Lead/assist in development of Budget; ensure Sales understands budget templates, deadlines and components of the P&L.

Collaborate monthly with Sales Operations

Develop and Report on monthly sales dashboard and business review

Develop Metric driven sales/marketing organization

Interlock sales/marketing forecast with Business Unit partners

Develop and report Tradeshow and campaign tracking.

Responsible for processing any required GL journal entries; specifically,

Detail P&L forecasts with analysis for review and finalization by operations

G/L Account Analysis

Produce Monthly G/L reports during month-end close

Produce YTD G/L trend

Analyze G/L for- audit expenses and invoices

Ad Hoc Reports

Qualifications

BS in Finance or Accounting

MBA Finance or Business desired

10+ year's sales financial experience.

Clear understanding of accounting procedures and financial systems.

Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, corporate processes and financial systems.

Excellent computer skills using Excel and other accounting systems including Access, Oracle and Hyperion.

Advanced analytical and spreadsheet skills. Must have the ability to work with large of amounts of data from multiple systems, develop ad hoc reporting and analysis using Pivots and Lookup formulas, understand interface of project accounting system (including auto-accounting rules) to General Ledger and provide timely, concise analytics back to management.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

Respond appropriately and be able to prioritize information requests from various internal customers.

Ability to effectively communicate accounting information, policies, and/or procedures in a manner easily understood.

Ability to plan, organize and execute tasks in an efficient and dependable manner according to business need.

Team player with positive attitude who likes to have fun.

Demonstrate proactive attitude to business issues, problem-solving and keep management informed of business issues to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Is flexible and shows adaptability; willing to try new things; copes well under stress
