Part-Time opening for Dentist. Responsible for providing preventative and corrective dental care to students in compliance with government and management directives. Essential functions include:
-Provide direct dental diagnostic and treatment services to patients, using current knowledge of methods, practices, procedures and techniques of providing quality diagnosis and treatment, including preventative, periodontal, restorative, entotic, minor oral surgical and exodontist and prosthodontic services.
- Provides guidance and technical supervision to dental hygienists and dental assistants performing direct and indirect patient care services coordinates clinic operations with the wellness administrator.
- Maintains an effective clinical patient scheduling and record keeping system, provides referrals, maintains records on clinic operations and prepares required reports as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requires DDS degree or DMD degree and valid license to practice dentistry with DEA controlled substance registration certification in the state of employment and current CPR certification with the American Heart Association. Two years of general clinical practice strongly preferred. Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record also required.
