Under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing and Communications, utilize Adobe creative suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, and Acrobat) in the creation of graphics and designs to be used in the development of all marketing materials, to include internet, intranet, brochures, templates, product/info sheets, ads, banners, logos, business cards, org charts, business stationery, and folders. Responsible for the design, layout, and overall appearance of the corporate internet, intranet, and SharePoint site. In collaboration with the Director, Proposal Development and the proposal/capture department, create proposal cover graphics, as well as spines, logos, foldouts, charts, and schedules for proposals as required. Assists in the planning, creation, and presentation of graphics to be incorporated into corporate documents, including marketing materials, proposals, and other corporate documents as requested. Maintain version control of all marketing materials and documents, presentations, organizational charts, and templates. Perform routine updates and maintenance of all corporate marketing materials, documents and information on the corporate internet, intranet and corporate store. Validate all materials to ensure content is accurate, including the proofreading of these materials to determine proper formatting and grammar. Assist other Bowhead division/departments with their graphic support needs. Communicate and collaborate with all levels of management and various stakeholders (team members, partners, and clients) to achieve results. Maintain and update electronic library on BTPS SharePoint, Web site, intranet as well as UIC SharePoint sites of videos, photos, images, and clip-art used in developing promotional, advertising, and marketing and presentation materials. Maintain, update, and assist in the creation of all corporate forms to ensure consistency in format and logo usage. Support the reproduction, binding, packing, and quality check of all hard copy design materials produced by marketing department. Photograph typed, printed, written or other material for inclusion in various marketing materials. Coordinate production and delivery of marketing materials when required. Research and recommend equipment, materials and software to meet current and future production needs. Perform other marketing and graphics duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years professional experience. Comprehensive knowledge of design and presentation principles, using a wide variety of web-based applications, and publication methods with an emphasis on corporate branding. Considerable skills in the creation of brochures, reports, manuals, posters, exhibits, banners, presentations, and other types of publications from concept to press-ready and web-based files in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to meet with clients and interpret their requirements into a creative visual design. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy. Requires intermediate computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Prior experience creating graphics for government proposals is preferred. Requires the ability to work long hours and travel when necessary to complete projects or attend corporate marketing events. Proficient in Photoshop Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, and Adobe Acrobat.
