Clinical Specialist, Perfusionist, Medical Device Training & Support TechnicianWe need an experienced Medial Device training and support Technician / Clinical Laboratory Support Specialist who can install our desk-top computer sized medical device in hospitals, teach hospital staff and surgical teams how to utilize it, and provide follow up support and technical guidance. This is a remote position. We are only considering candidates located near a central U.S. large airport, such as Dallas Fort Worth. We seek a a highly detail-oriented clinical specialist that likes people, enjoys travel and is good at explaining how things work? Your Responsibilities Will Include: Providing clinical and laboratory training and technical guidance to clients and potential clients who are evaluating the ROTEM analyzer. Building relationships with key clinical contacts. Troubleshooting (by phone) of technical issues related to ROTEM instruments and reagents Documenting all contact with customers in company CRM system (e.g., Salesforce software). Knowledge and Familiarity with CLIA, The Joint Commission and CAP regulations and how they impact ROTEMs customer base. Knowledge and experience with LIS and middleware solutions software. To be considered for this postions, we require the following: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Medical Certification, a plus (Laboratory or as a Perfusionist) 1-3 years previous experience as a Clinical Specialist, Medical Lab Technician or Clinical Lab Specialist, preferably in hemostasis or blood products area or 1-3 years as a perfusionist Excellent technical problem solving abilities A thorough understanding of hospital laboratory and clinical environments Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to travel, domestically and internationally, up to 75% of the time Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel and possibly, CRM software Attention to detail a Must!We are ROTEM, the US subsidiary of TEM International, the German developer and manufacturer of the ROTEM hemostasis analyzer.
