This position is temporary and will work second shift.
Execute inspection requirements on product to ensure compliance with quality documentation and customer requirements.
Ability to perform all manufacturing processes.
Provide feedback to supervisory and engineering personnel on blue print and schematic errors.
Troubleshoot process and equipment problems.
Enforces good housekeeping practices in order to maintain clean and efficient working environments
Acts as a member of the manufacturing team by promoting teamwork and demonstrating professional behavior, a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and effective communication.
Acts as support to and back-up for Supervisor as assigned.
Identifies non-conformances when they occur and participates in finding the solution to the nonconformance.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals including schematics and mechanical drawings.
Ability to perform manual and computer assisted alignment and testing of analog and RF circuitry.
Ability to operate standard analog electronic test equipment such as: Oscilloscopes, RF Spectrum analyzers, RF Network analyzers, Signal Generators, etc.
Preferred candidate will have experience in the debug, alignment, and test of CATV equipment and subassemblies.
Familiarity with all cable TV test and measurement techniques is preferred.
Experience with fiber optic equipment is a plus.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
Verbal and written communication skills are necessary as this position may interact with all facets of production and quality.
