Serves as the coordinator for the Nurse Residency Program and recruits for nursing areas. Serves as a liaison between HR and Nursing services to ensure success of the Residency Program. Maintains open communication with hiring managers to assess and fulfill their recruitment needs. Ensures confidentiality and compliance with all federal, state and Joint Commission regulations.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing
Minimum Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with demonstrated educational leadership capabilities. Human Resources or Recruitment background highly desired.
Required License/Certification: Current Georgia Registered Nurse License

Manage Nurse Residency Program to include proactive community efforts, identifying resident candidates, coordination of interview and selection panels, on boarding, classroom instruction, mentoring and monitoring progress of residents, and coordination of graduation celebrations.
Working knowledge of Federal and State rules and regulations as it applies to the employment process.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of all records.
