Role Player and Surveillance Team Support: The contractor shall provide role players in support of various practical exercises. The contractor must be familiar and trained in discrete surveillance, surveillance detection methodologies, and associated disciplines. Contract role players shall be experienced with developing scripts, editing scripts, be able to take directions, and play a convincing role within a set script to an audience. Contractors will conduct scheduled surveillance activities and evaluate student performance; provide timely thorough feedback to all students to all students; and provide exercise support as requested. Contract role players must be able to work extended hours if required by the task order and meet physical requirements to meet role responsibilities. Role players may be required to coordinate with local law enforcement. Role players must possess a valid US drivers license, must be fluent in English, and must be computer literate and have working experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Role players will be responsible for the development of their individual roles and for providing any supporting paraphernalia, such as costumes, communications devices, and disguise. Types of role playing will depend on the task order. Contractors shall be able to walk up to 15 miles cross-country over varying terrain in urban and rural environments to include conditions of extreme hear (in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit), cold (32 degrees below Fahrenheit), rain or snow. Training shall commence/ continue regardless of weather conditions unless it is deemed severe enough to be considered a safety issue.
