Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in various aspects of Branch operations. Performs various Human Resource duties, i.e., scheduling, time cards, performance appraisals, grievance resolution, etc. Provides on-the-job training to all Branch employees. In the absence of the Branch Manager, makes certain that all office operations are performed and provides for the proper security, maintenance, and cleanliness of the office. Supervises the opening and closing of the building and vault; makes necessary provisions for the securing and accounting of negotiable papers. Directs the staff in areas of quality customer service via regular individual feedback and informational staff meetings. Meets loan and deposit goals for the Office as established by the Banks budget. Maintains an awareness of new business opportunities with customers; actively refers customers to appropriate customer service personnel. Takes consumer loan applications. Provides periodic reports.
Minimum of 3 years related experience in a Banking Supervisory Role. A high school diploma or equivalent; specialized business education and training. Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative and sales skills Proficient PC skills, including working knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel Demonstrated management and supervisory skills Please check out our website at employment opportunities listed on our website.
