To generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
Must promote and support all aspects of the branded HGVC culture.
Will have primary responsibility on Training and Developing new and existing sales staff. Will also assist with the supervision of a sales line through coaching, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results.
Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGVC standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.
Will participate in other management duties under the diction of direct manager.
Provides training, coaching, counseling and motivating the sales teams, including goal setting and will measure success of training efforts by monitoring of production and training effectiveness.
Will provide regular reports of this information to sales leaders.
Facilitates training of the branded sales process and support tools. This will include the new hire sales reps, existing reps and sales management. Keep abreast of industry practices, best practices, new innovations, technology and other successful processes that are being utilized in and outside of the industry.
Create, foster and nurture a sales environment that continues to make HGVC the preferred employer in Hawaii.
High School Degree/GED equivalent
1-4 years of related sales training experience
Fluency in both Japanese and English (Reading, Writing and Speaking) required
Previous sales experience of at least 1-4 years required
Previous timeshare experience
