Responsible for the successful implementation of the various components of a TotalSource solution through the effective execution of the methodology using solid functional, technical and/or project management knowledge and skills. Acts as a liaison between new client and internal departments to include sales, payroll, benefits, 401(k), CTS, risk management and human resources. Performs on-site analysis of requirements for payroll, benefits, and 401(k), using a consultative approach to ensure appropriate human resource policies, procedures, and compliance. Conducts on-site new hire and benefit orientations and ensures all enrollments are processed correctly. Held accountable for the successful transition of the new account through the conversion process. Effectively establish, maintain, build and manage client relationships at all levels to ensure ADP TotalSource is successfully helping clients achieve their business strategies. Coordinates activities and facilitates timely delivery of services and projects to each client in all functional areas to include: payroll, 401k, benefits, employee relations, training and development, legal compliance, etc. Responsible for driving results with clients, with the goal of increasing their satisfaction and retention. Must be client-focused and have excellent account management skills. Strong teamwork orientation, understanding that the client's best interests are served through smooth, seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities: Provides implementation services as defined in TS Implementation Methodology (TSIM), using standardized processes, tools, and deliverables to implement Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solutions. Uses TS tools and standards to consistently produce error free results in a timely manner. Analyzes complex requirements for payroll, benefits, human resource policies and procedures, and related financial accounting information. Initiates and implements the products and services as outlined in the contract. Facilitates on-site employee orientations, including the ancillary new hire agreements/forms and all selected benefit products. Responsible for auditing all of the client paperwork and systems (e.g. masterfile, benefit enrollment, payroll data) during the conversion period to ensure a substantially error-free delivery of service and input. Provides support to client contacts regarding benefits, payroll, and human resources issues during the implementation process. Responsible for the continued building of a successful business relationship/ partnership with the client and TS. Outsourced Services and Co-Employment practices need to be shared and communicated to client for continued success in operations. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of TS products and services. Facilitates training as necessary. Independently manages to the completion of tasks as directed by Implementation Manager. Provides timely and accurate input on project status.

Experience, Skills, Academic:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent in education and experience required.
  • Preparation for professional certification helpful (PHR, CPP, etc.).
  • A combination of one to two years of experience in a relevant industry, as an HRIS practitioner and/or with system implementations. Strong account management and project management skills.
  • Has knowledge of Payroll functions, federal / state wage laws, and general payroll policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Has an understanding of the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry, concept, and co-employment advantages / benefits.
  • Has experience in public speaking before medium to large audiences. This includes but is not limited to; explaining / elaborating new programs, systems change, and new company policy. Also includes conducting FAQ seminars. - Has experience interfacing with a company's sales organization.
