MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
High school or equivalent
6-12 months experience in retail sales, customer service or telecommunications experience
Aptitude to learn communication products and services
Ability to work independently without close supervision
Self-motivation to achieve target needed to attain monthly goals
Strong communication skills
Ability to provide high levels of customer service and interact positively with customers to offer sales solution for communication needs.
Ability to reconcile/ balance cash registers
Good decision making skills
Navajo speaking is a plus
Valid Driver's License required (subject to motor record review)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Qualify customers and sell products and services in order to achieve attainment of all net sales and revenue goals
Demonstrate and communicate service and device feature functionality, billing procedures and equipment usage to each customer.
Perform outbound calls to proactively follow-up with customer after the sales to guarantee product and customer satisfaction.
Provide basic troubleshooting and customer service support for questions
Effectively perform back office duties including inventory and repair, accessory stock, shipping and receiving of repairs with third party vendor and basic handset and/ or system upgrades.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
