ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of light plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical and machine servicing. Other duties include: clearing bush from company properties, trimming trees, and cleaning outdoor areas of company property. This position reports to the Facilities Manager.

BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions.
  • Must maintain clean valid VI Driver’s license.
  • Physical fitness required for performing strenuous work, and carrying heavy items such as ladders, etc.
