Job Duties: Responsible for supervising, planning, organizing, administrating and conducting internal audits of complex functions throughout OSI, including forensic audits. Perform risk assessments and evaluate business processes and controls; communicates recommendations to improve the effectiveness of these activities to all levels of mgmt. Serve as OSI advisor to auditors, including OSRAM Germany, Siemens, and KPMG. Work with US GAAP and Siemens Financial policies.
