Compliance Manager - Exam Management-
Assist in management and coordination of corporate AML/sanctions compliance examinations.
Coordinate with regulators and compliance and business line staff in response to supervisory or regulatory requests.
Work with the lines of business to develop corrective action plans for issues identified during exams and audits.
Monitor and report on status and completion of corrective action plans.
Participate, as needed, in development and implementation of any firm-wide exam management and tracking initiatives, and coordinate with other corporate functions.
Interface with Audit on audits relating to Corporate AML and OFAC compliance.
Participate, as requested, in special assigned projects
Minimum required qualifications of the role are:
Minimum 3 years prior regulatory exam management experience.
Audit, Risk or AML Compliance experience in a financial institution is a strong plus.
Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (as amended by the USA PATRIOT Act)/AML, including financial institutions' policies and processes required.
Familiarity with economic sanctions requirements administered by OFAC.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Practical knowledge and application of banking industry and regulations.
Strong organizational skills, including analytical, planning, and project execution skills with proven ability to work successfully in a deadline driven environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as to collaborate with individuals across business and functional lines to deliver timely results.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
