The Contract Compliance Coordinator is responsible for consistently monitoring and reviewing the Company's pricing system in order to identify and recommend necessary changes to enhance the possibility of or immediately improve profit margins on sales of good.

Responsibilities for our Contract Compliance Coordinator:
Monitor and provide assistance in determining where deviated pricing should be in effect for select accounts
Set up pricing for contracts
Help eliminate pricing errors which can eliminate margin erosion
Maintain working knowledge of the Company's proprietary information system with regard to bid pricing systems
Maintain a working knowledge of the Company agreement with respect to pricing and bid structures
Maintain a working knowledge of item costing through a full understanding of variables such as vendor pricing, freight costs, purchase order processes, etc
Deviated billing review, maintenance and expiration notification
Maintain national/geographic pricing
Assist National Accounts/Marketing Associates in meeting the customers' needs, i.e. invoice sequencing, restrictions/substitutions, proprietary, etc
Advise District Sales Managers/Marketing Associates on pricing options as related to the bid system
Monitors and evaluates all sales pertaining to bids on the daily sales audit
Perform bid compliance audits on a timely basis to comply with annual audit schedule
Research third party price audit requests
Prepare invoice adjustments as necessary

Requirements for our Contract Compliance Coordinator:
High School diploma or equivalent
3 years progressive experience within accounting, finance, or auditing

Preferred Education and/or Experience:
Associate's or Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience with contracts and/or auditing
Working knowledge of the bidding procedures, contract administration and legalities required
Judgment/ Problem solving, Follow-up, Negotiation, Communication, Integrity, Energy, Tenacity, Customer Service Orientation, Planning and Organizing, Teamwork

Other Qualifications for our Contract Compliance Coordinator:
Must be able to manage the pressures and stress associated with a deadline-oriented atmosphere.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must score a minimum of 12,000 kph on 10 key by touch testing
Must be a Master user of MS Excel
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as factions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
