The Senior Software Engineer will participate in the selection of core video playback technologies for current and future video products on web, mobile, gaming consoles and connected devices. This position will research, evaluate and prototype video encoding, distribution and playback technologies for all consumer endpoints.

Minimum of 6 years’ work experience
Expert knowledge of video compression, distribution and playback technologies
Expert knowledge of video player technologies including but not limited to: FLASH, HTML5, iOS and Android
Knowledge of digital rights management, ad insertion and consumption analytics technologies for live and on-demand video players
Demonstrated ability to work on a diverse scope of software projects requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving and sound judgment
Degree in Computer Science or related field
