Job Description / Skills Required

As a part of the Talent Acquisition team your creativity and tenacity can make a difference to the company and the candidates.
- Identify and recruit passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, linkedin, etc...
- Partner with Talent-Acquisition teammates and marketing team on outreach strategies
- Report results by source and project to executive team
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
- Attend some recruiting and industry events
- 1 yr+ outbound recruiting, research, or sales experience (for new grads this could include part time work during school)
- BA/BS required (Computer Science OR MIS major a plus)
- Ability to make outbound calls and lead discussions
- Advanced internet research experience
- Strong understanding of software development (do not have to be able to code but know the difference between HTML and Ruby on Rails, etc).
