Non-Standard Auto Insurance Carrier seeks a Litigation Claims Specialist to handle litigated automobile claims in Brownsville TX.
Investigate, evaluate and adjust claims of a complex and/or serious nature, including the handling of litigation. Investigate, research and analyze highly complex and severe property claims/lawsuits, including coverage, legal and statutory issues affecting coverage, liability/compensability and damages. Conduct negotiations on assigned cases and occasionally attend mediations, trials, settlement conferences and hearings Assign litigated claims to counsel or others; direct their handling; monitor application of litigation management program; monitor and approve expenses
This is a permanent position with great compensation. Must be willing to relocate to Brownsville, TX - relocation assistance provided.
MUST HAVE solid experience in Auto Insurance Claims handling LITIGATED files. MUST be willing to relocate to Brownsville, TX. DO NOT APPLY without the required skills.
