Our Florida Special Investigation Unit (SIU) seeks a qualified candidate to join our Miami area field investigative team. Due to this being a home-based/remote position, candidates must reside directly in the coverage area to be worked.
As a Senior Security Investigator you will:
Investigate all aspects of insurance fraud to include claims and policy fraud issues.
Establish contacts and networks with local state and federal law enforcement agencies.
Participation in SIU industry meetings.
Candidate Qualifications
Must possess strong investigative background with a minimum of 5 years of documented
fraud investigative experience in the area(s) of SIU and/or law enforcement.
Well versed in all aspects of SIU investigations
Self-motivated, organized and able to handle a voluminous case load while conducting
multiple field investigations.
Must be disciplined, professional and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must have a valid driver's license
College degree strongly preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Working knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
High speed internet access
