Job Description:
NHS Human Services is seeking energetic and

NHS Human Services is hiring a part time Program
Coordinator for its Chambersburg, PA Therapeutic Foster
Care program. This position will require you to work
various hours between Monday and Friday totaling 20
hours per week.

General Job Duties Include:
1. Responsible for ensuring the execution of all
placement activities for the designated caseload of
8 to 9 TFC children or 15 FCP children.
2. Responsible for monitoring all activies of the
caseload to include intake, service planning, health
planning, educational and vocational planning,
safety planning, and permanancy planning (all within
State standards and regulations).
3. Assist the Program Supervisor and County Director
in marketing strategies, billing and authorization
of services, recruitment, training, and approval
activities of TFC/FCP families, adn record keeping
activities.

Job Requirements:Qualified candidates will possess the following:
  • Bachelors Degree in a human services field such as
social work, counseling, psychology, or related
discipline is required
  • Must have two (2) year of relevant experience
working with children in the Mental Health or Child
Welfare System is required
  • Bi-lingual (english / spanish) candidates preferred
