Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who is driven by achievement and closure. He/She must be analytical, highly organized and passionate about business strategy in the start-up world. As an interdepartmental liaison and often externally-facing team member, effective communication skills are crucial. The role will prove challenging, demanding and fast-paced, requiring juggling numerous projects and responsibilities. The ideal candidate is energetic and eager to jump in with both feet.

Support all initiatives of the Business Development team, from pitch stage to execution to ongoing analysis of existing partnerships.

Manage creation of partner pitches and internal presentations and reports.

Own execution of partnerships on a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, including working with cross-functional teams within Gilt.

Analyze and review performance of business development partnerships.

Conduct analyses of key areas for business growth and expansion.

3-5 years work experience, with some experience in e-commerce or business development.

Analytical and data-focused; must be proficient with numbers.

Self-starting and eager to initiate and own new projects.

Achievement-oriented and results-driven.

Collaborative and enthusiastic about being part of a tight-knit team environment.

Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Passion for strong consumer brands, specifically fashion and lifestyle.
