Support all initiatives of the Business Development team, from pitch stage to execution to ongoing analysis of existing partnerships.
Manage creation of partner pitches and internal presentations and reports.
Own execution of partnerships on a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, including working with cross-functional teams within Gilt.
Analyze and review performance of business development partnerships.
Conduct analyses of key areas for business growth and expansion.
3-5 years work experience, with some experience in e-commerce or business development.
Analytical and data-focused; must be proficient with numbers.
Self-starting and eager to initiate and own new projects.
Achievement-oriented and results-driven.
Collaborative and enthusiastic about being part of a tight-knit team environment.
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
