Plans and oversees layout of equipment, office, and
production facilities. Typically reports to a manager or
head of a unit/department.
Conducts studies in operations to maximize work flow and
spatial utilization. Ensures facility efficiency and
workplace safety. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead
and direct the work of others.
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least
8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts,
practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive
experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A
wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Job Requirements:
Preferred candidate will possess engineering degree with
mechanical aptitude, proven track record for innovation
and introduction of new technology, methods and
processes to enhance operational effectiveness, with a
broad vision of operational excellence.
Experience and capability with continuous improvement
tools, design for manufacturing in an assembly
Proven record in engineering leadership, and project
management experiejnce through successful completion.
10+ years exp in a manufacturing environment. Experience
with major project/launches in commercial HVAC.
Professional engineer employing world-class engineering
solutions and concepts for continuous improvement
through demonstrated engineering leadership, with
minimal guidance, transforming the organization to next
level performance. Specific responsibilities include but
not limited to: total project management,engineering
support for critical manufacturing initiatives, new
product introduction, design for manufacturing, and full
range of traditional manufacturing assignments including
plant layout, ISO, safety, and ergonomics related
activities. One of the key roles of the position is to
provide leadership in new product design for
manufacturing initiatives.
