Sr Healthcare Application Training Analyst contractor to be responsible for conducting these training programs within the established instructional design model Requirements Under the supervision of the Director of Learning and Organization Development the Senior Training Analyst is responsible for bull Determining training needs bull Planning designing and conducting training workshops bull Testing application software bull Writingediting technical documentation bull Assisting departments with performancetraining issues Essential Functions Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in complex healthcare and other system application software such as bull IDX Carecast bull IDX ADT bull IDX BAR bull Picis bull IDX TES Charge Entry bull Shared Medical Systems (SMS) bull Windows 2000 bull Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) bull TSI Reporting bull Basic Insurance bull IMF bull Visit Management Conduct needs assessments of systems applications or workflow training and development needs using competencybased models and other techniques to determine needed training Provide consultation with departments regarding employee training in areas of system application or workflow performance Participate in determining whether training is the appropriate response to an issue given the completion of a needsassessment and task analysis Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in identified areas such as admitting registration billing and collections Develop training materials and job aids which support the training objective Select appropriate media for the training objectives Design and implement highly effective training and development programs which are learnercentered performanceoriented and systematic Design administer and evaluate post instructional proficiency testing Redesign training programs in response to testing results and program evaluation feedback Develop course prerequisites instructional objectives assessment items instructional strategies and evaluation plans Incorporate creativity and imagination into course design Maintain updated policies and procedure manuals communicate changes andor revisions to appropriate staff and related departments Review and assist with design of business application processes (work and system flows) Assist with application screen designs based upon interviews with system users Participate in integration testing Document results of testing and incorporate into user training materials Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 4 to 7 years technical and applications training experience Excellent training development communications and interpersonal skills Experience working with PC workstations using application software including MS Word MS PowerPoint Internet Explorer Windows 2000XP Team lead or supervisory experience preferred Minimum two years experience in health care registration or billing preferred Experience with IDX andor SMS registration and billing systems preferred BS or BA in Education training Communication Public Administration or a related field In addition to the interview interviewing candidates may be asked to prepare and present a 1015 minute presentation Additional Information We are unable to sponsor H1B Visa&rsquos andor subcontract to Third Party Vendors ONLY W2 contractors should apply OUTSOURCE provides access to pretax benefits to our contractors Healthcare Commuter Checks Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401k Savings Plan and Direct Deposit To learn more about OUTSOURCE we welcome you to please visit our corporate website at wwwocsico httpwwwocsico Thank you for your interest in our jobs We look forward to seeing your resume
