KPMG's Advisory Services Practice focuses on fundamental business issues - managing risk, increasing revenues, controlling costs - that organizations, across various industries, should address in order to help them flourish. We help companies to identify and manage risks inherent in business processes and technology systems that support business objectives, and provide them with the information needed to help them meet their strategic and financial goals. Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Manager in IT Enterprise Technology Solutions for our Management Consulting practice to join us in our Seattle office.
Participate in Oracle projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Oracle optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications
Execute the day-to-day activities of Oracle advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Oracle application
Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel and help identify performance improvement opportunities for clients
Supervise and provide performance management for staff working on assigned engagements
Three years of advisory experience with one year of Oracle R-12 experience with core Oracle Project Accounting modules including Billing, Costing, Project Management, and Resource Management and full life cycle implementation experience; completion of three full implementations with Oracle e-Business Suite preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field
Demonstrated understanding of Oracle concepts and general module functionality for financial accounting and reporting, inventory management, sales processing, purchasing, and/or Human Resources
Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel at moderate to extensive levels
