DTZ is seeking a Landscape Manager for its Boston location. The ideal candidate will meet with customers at site, estimate job costs, prepare proposals, interact with landscaper supervisors, order job materials, coordinate subcontractors, review work on site and follow up with customers upon job completion. In addition, oversee grounds projects or construction management related to the grounds department if necessary and manage snow contracts during the winter season.
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture or related field.
3-5 years of grounds management experience with 2+ years of staff management experience.
Knowledge of planting seasons, soil and other environmental issues and experience with tree removal and other landscape issues is preferred.
Experience in commercial landscaping required.
