High school education or equivalent.
Remain on the Hope Lodge premises each evening from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, one week per month, in order to efficiently manage the Hope Lodge during evening hours.
Report each evening (M-Th) by 5:00 p.m. to the Hope Lodge front desk and receive verbal report from person on duty.
Responsible for front desk activities, including answering telephone, from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. each evening (M-Th).
Review the In-House Guest Registry to identify current guests and their lodging location within the Hope Lodge.
Provide New Guest Orientation following guidelines as defined in the Hope Lodge Guestbook, to include collection of all required (signed) guest forms.
Manage guest relations as defined in Hope Lodge Operations Handbook.
Manage housekeeping duties as defined in the Hope Lodge Operations Handbook.
Responsible for washing, drying, folding and putting away all laundry from rooms cleaned that day.
Other duties as assigned.
Must enjoy working with people and possess excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Basic Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn registration database.
Certification in general CPR, AED and general first aid preferred, but not required for candidates.
