We currently have a need for a dynamic individual to serve in the position of FAA Program Management Analyst: C lient Solutions Team Member (CSTM) . The FAA PMA/CSTM is a resourceful, detail-oriented individual who provides support for Triumph’s federal client, the FAA, as outlined below.

The Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) group of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for the management of static and dynamic aeronautical information. Since 2006, the AIM group has embarked on an aggressive capital investment plan to transform and modernize the way aeronautical information is collected, managed, distributed and used within the FAA. This includes military operations, airport data, airport and airspace management and static data operations.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • PhD/MBA/MS/MA/BS/BA in Business, Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or related scientific or technical fields, or four years additional relevant experience with no degree
  • Ability to work independently on a variety of assignments with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent writing skills
  • Past performance leading a team on engineers working on a Second-Level Engineering task
  • Ability to work with senior managers, supervisors and constituents
  • Creative problem-solving skills, initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, and discretion
  • FAA AIM experience
  • Ability to maintain poise and professionalism under pressure
  • Ability to understand the significance of the client's organizational culture and support organizational standards
  • Knowledge and proficiency in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
  • Experience as a government contractor
  • Experience with the writing and review of technical and policy documentation in accordance with governmental guidelines (Style Guides)
  • Knowledge of LOTUS Suite is a plus
  • Secret clearance or ability to obtain a clearance


Under the supervision of a Triumph CSTL (Client Solutions Team Lead), the CSTM will:
  • Manage individual projects or tasks, or specific components of larger, more complex projects
  • Supervise staff and reviews and approves work products
  • Serve as secondary or day to day project point-of-contact with the customer
  • Assist the Program manager and Task Lead in the execution and management of the tasks
