The Office Assistant will assist in performing various administrative duties, running errands, and carrying out various projects in the office of the owner/founder of Burton Snowboards. Some responsibilities include placing sample orders through SAP, tracking delivery and organizing samples in Burlington office and Stowe office, processing invoices in SAP, filing, running errands, processing expense reports, returns and mailings. This position requires an organized and flexible individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualified candidates will possess an associate’s degree and a minimum of two years of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic experience with Word and Excel are required. Proficiency with using the Internet and related search engines necessary. Confidentiality, accuracy, and the ability to handle changing priorities are a must. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle a must. Candidate should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have an understanding of snowboarding product.
