Weekend, daytime, early evening and/or vernight coverage at residence serving severely mentally ill adults. Responsible for monitoring that clients take their prescribed medications. Facilitate/teach daily living skills to clients of the residence such as cleaning, personal hygiene, etc. Design and lead leisure time activities, co-leads house meetings, manage therapeutic milieu. Crisis intervention, limit setting, help manage the residence, assist in the general upkeep of facility and management of facility and program. Must be able to adequately communicate with staff regarding any changes in client‚s status or treatment plan. Participation in weekly supervision/team meetings and assist with designing and implementing individual treatment plans. Engage in certain high risk activities within the course and scope of employment that may include: hiking, horseback riding, softball games, camping, etc. Skills / Requirements
MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor‚s Degree + 0 year relevant experience. Relevant AA Degree with a clinical practicum + 1 year experience. Prefer experience working with severely and persistently mentally ill adults in a residential setting. Basic computer skills required. Must have safe driving record and a current Colorado driver‚s license. Mental Health Partners application, MVR, background check required. Bicultural/Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
