We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with financial members, has a great can-do attitude, and enjoy's the benefits of working for one of Stockton's top credit unions. You will assist existing and potential members in person or by phone and explain specific services, products and policies, including membership eligibility requirements. You must understand credit union products and services thoroughly and be able to easily discuss the features and benefits of various products and/or services available. You will use identification questions and expertise to effectively cross-sell credit union products and services. A minimum of two years previous retail and cash handling experience is a requirement.
Intermediate Bank Relations, Intermediate Loans, Consumer, Intermediate Check Processing, Intermediate Excel.
