•Process/input application data and account information accurately and timely
•Perform routine account maintenance functions as assigned
•Review and route various types of correspondence from new and existing customers to appropriate departments for resolution and processing
•Opening, batching, delivering department mail and applications.
•Prepare and process various reports accurately and in a timely manner
•Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships
Employee will cross-train in functional work areas under the Customer Operations Management team as well as perform Miscellaneous Duites as assigned by management
•Proficient reading, writing, and general communication skills
•Basic PC skills with a working knowledge of Excel and Word.
•Familiarity with the Bankcard System (TBS), ACAPS, FileNET, Teleform, Egain.
•Moderate level typing skills (40 WPM with 99% accuracy)- desired
•Moderate level ten-key skills (150 KSPM with 99% accuracy) -desired
