Central National Bank has an exciting new opportunity available and is currently accepting applications for a full-time Help Desk Specialist at the Rim Rock (Junction City), KS branch. This role is responsible for providing in house technical support for end users of the organization's mainframe and PC hardware and software.
- Answer user questions and resolve problems regarding all aspects of the bank's information systems.
- Properly log all calls in problem tracking software.
- Present the IT Department as a business partner and helpful resource.
- Assist Network and Systems managers on special projects as time allows.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
