PURPOSE: Enhance strategic account relationships through the partnership and direction provided by the National Account Manager, so that we may effectively maintain and develop relationships and grow revenue through the deployment of strategic plans.

Achieve 100% customer satisfaction and reduce customer issues by ensuring high-touch quality assurance, providing referral status updates, complaint resolution and conducting revenue generating outbound sales calls.
Increase revenue by building rapport and maintaining relationships with assigned regions and accounts through the utilization of the CRM, and other reporting mechanisms stored in Share Point on the Corporate Reporting site which will provide additional information and insight into customer activity.
Serves as a primary inside sales contact and provides assistance in strategic account activities that are directed by the following: (1) VP Account Sponsors (2) National Account Managers (NAM’s), (3) Regional Vice Presidents (RVP’s) and (4) the Inside Sales Supervisor.
Participate in weekly communication with the NAM’s regarding status on activities performed. Status will be inclusive of: successes, challenges that are encountered and general customer feedback. Weekly communication may be required via email, a conference call or both.
Significantly reduce the need to offer discounts or “break even” business by substituting proactive customer communication, personal assurance and timely feedback.
Collaborate with the National Account Managers and Business units to ensure proper set-up and tracking of accounts.
Document all sales activities performed into the CRM, as well as maintain internal MSC databases (Fastrack, ICON, User Management) to ensure data integrity on regional accounts.

Coordinate with the Sales Administration staff on cost savings and utilization reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
Partner with the Accounts Receivable department, NAM’s, RVP’s and RAM’s to assist with resolution of and outstanding A/R issues.
Occasional travel to the respective region may be required if there is a specific business need which will assist in the continued growth of the account.
The ability to put together presentation material for customer specific educational purposes or new account programs in powerpoint format
The ability to present sales material and conduct training classes within a claims office or via web-cast may be needed

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. College graduate preferred.
Inside sales, account management, staffing coordinator or recruiting experience required.
Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks helpful.
