Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of varied problems. Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and report generation, and exception processing. Coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions. May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services. Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in an operations environment and on the job training. Individuals typically have 2 to 4 years of experience.

This position may be subject to SAFE Act Registration Requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all applicants for employment who will be engaged in residential loan mortgage originations (as defined by the SAFE Act) must register with the federal registry system and maintain a status in good standing under the SAFE Act requirements. If at any time the Bank determines that your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to register successfully or to maintain a status in good standing under the SAFE Act will affect your eligibility for continued employment and may result in your immediate termination.
Qualifications

Required Skills:
Two years of experience in a loan production environment.

Knowledge of conventional and/or government guidelines.

Knowledge of processing and/or closing procedures.

Ability to manage a heavy production volumes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Teamwork and customer service skills a must

Self-motivated and highly organized

Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks

Accuracy and strict attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills/focus

Strong math skills

Problem-solving and reasoning ability

Decision-making capabilities

Able to adapt to changing environments, situations, and job responsibilities

Working knowledge of PC applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word

Capacity to work in a team-oriented environment

Desired Skills:
Familiar with Conventional Mortgage Guidelines

Mortgages Operations Processing Experience

EDGE, SubWay, AS400, LPS and ALS familiarity.
