This position provides secretarial support to Diagnostic Radiology administration, Radiologists, and staff.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Creating documents, procedure manuals, collecting data and assisting Radiologists in preparing for Regulatory Agencies Inspections.
Must be able to organize and manage multiple calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, prepare agendas and transcribe minutes at meetings. Maintain complete accurate records and files.
Tabulate and report data. Write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Access, facility scheduling and set up presentations. Will also prepare expense reports.
Must be have effective oral and written communication abilities. Excellent grammar, spelling and editing skills. Must be able to professionally represent Beaumont Standards with respect to confidentiality, and hospital protocol.
Attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Knowledge of general office operations. Will coordinates special training or events, and schedule conferences. Arrange travel accommodations.
minimum of 3 years of secretarial experience. Know medical terminology. Prefer Associate or Bachelor Degree. Certification in Clerical/Business Administration highly preferred.
Skills will be tested in Human Resources. AB 8 pay grade, non exempt status
