In this role, you will be part of a hard-charging, professional team tasked with testing, implementing, operating, installing, troubleshooting, documenting, and continually optimizing our rapidly expanding worldwide customer network. You will get your hands on a broad range of equipment, and learn our network end to end. You will have the opportunity to Interface with Customers, the NOC, Network Architects and Software Developers to manage escalated Break/Fix incidents from the problem determination stage through resolution implementation. Come on board and use your detective skills to identify root causes for technical issues as well as develop Procedural/Technical recommendations for improvement. - Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years in a NOC environment or similar customer support role
- 4+ years networks support role supporting WAN connectivity
- Support of wireless modems and antennas
- Able to adjust hours to maintain 24/7 coverage of critical systems and support a rotating on-call schedule
- Up to 25% travel
- US citizenship or Permanent Resident Status

- Strong understanding of Broadband networks
- Experience with Cisco and Juniper networks
- Network Broadcast experience
- FAA regulations knowledge
