Supervise the site Visual Inspection training program specific to One2One customers and new Hospira products as needed. Routine communication/collaboration with other Hospira locations to ensure common understanding and implementation of corporate procedures. Manage Visual Inspection training processes and improvements specific to One2One customers and new Hospira products as needed. Manage appropriate defect Libraries, defect sets and qualification panels.
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry or Biology/closely related scientific field or equivalent Visual Inspection experience. Requires good written and verbal communication skills. Must be tactful, persuasive and possess assertive human relations skills. Requires comprehensive knowledge of GMP's and production processes as well as current Visual Inspection practices. Prior supervisor experience preferred.
