Information Technology Specialist True North Custom Media -

The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting all company workstations, networks, systems, and devices, as well as providing technical support to True North’s clients and team.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintenance of company workstations, servers, networks, email and backup systems, and mobile devices
Provide technical support to the True North team
Ensure the proper functioning of True North IT assets and that all security, use, and data backup policies are properly followed
Effectively translate technical concepts, issues, and specifications for non-technical audiences
Serve as a company expert for all True North IT assets, networks, servers, and email systems
Requirements
Proficiency in Mac OS X Server and Client is required
Experience with Windows Server, directory authentication systems, common utilities and applications, LANs, WANs, and firewalls is preferred
Heightened personal motivation, a desire to learn, organizational and analytical skills, and dedication to excellence are each very important
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years relevant technical experience preferred
Must live in the Chattanooga, Tenn., area
