Undergrad Intern for Legal Office - 709202 Description
      The intern candidate will work in the Operations & Research group within the Intel Licensing & Patent Acquisitions organization. Responsibilities will mainly include performing data analysis and business research to support patent licensing and patent acquisition projects.

      Tasks:
      -Conduct business research and data analysis, generate related written deliverables using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint
      -Create new custom software tools using programs such as Microsoft Excel to assist attorneys and others in the group in the implementation of legal and operations processes
      -Schedule meetings, distribute minutes, create Microsoft Office documents
      -Perform ad hoc research projects under direction of attorneys and others
      Qualifications
      Skills: Excellent communication skills and high proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required. Strong knowledge of the CounselLink e-billing system as well as Microsoft SharePoint and other matter management database system tools is highly preferred.

      Education: Enrolled in Bachelor degree program in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred.
